Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Understatement pieces; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be tried on over your own garments to remain eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original packaging and labels into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
